Steven of STM Tweed Heads/Coolangatta has just chaired our 2026 AGM. It was the best time-managed AGM in my 10 years of strata ownership/living. Of particular help was the brief identification of risks in various areas and best options for progress. Something I particularly appreciated was an explanation of how strata works democratically.
