Statements

STM prepares financial accounts in accordance with the relevant state and federal legislation and regulations. The annual income and expenditure statements are enclosed for each owner’s review with each Annual General Meeting agenda.

Levies

STM issues levies to owners and ensure they are paid directly into your buildings Trust Account. Various payment options are offered including:

• Payment via pre-registered bank account or credit card (Mastercard/Bankcard/Visa)
• On Phone from your nominated account
• B-Pay
• Deft Payment System – available through Macquarie Bank
• Payment at any Australia Post Office

Debtor control

STM will manage debtors for all properties through full time monitoring and the introduction of a payment incentive. STM has a proven track record in reducing large levy debts.

Cheque summaries

STM can provide a Cheque Summary Notice as required, which includes a detailed list of all payments that have been drawn on the Trust Account.
