Competitive insurance quotations are sought on behalf of the Owners Corporations. Upon selection, STM will place insurance on your behalf. In addition, STM will complete the following services:

• Insurance claims and lodgement
• Insurance renewal
• Insurance valuation

Documentation

All Owners Corporation and Body Corporate documentation is maintained in accordance with the relevant state and federal legislation and regulations.

These include the following items:

• Strata roll
• Correspondence file
• Certificate of title
• Strata Plans
• Deposited Plans
• By-Laws
• Minutes book
• Account books
• Plus any additional records that are required to be kept by the scheme
