Day-to-day attention to detail

Every STM property is allocated a personal strata manager who will provide a personalised service, and liaise regularly with you and your committee. As well as personal contact, we will keep you informed of news from the industry, STM and your individual scheme using newsletters, email, and mail.

From time to time STM will conduct information sessions for owners and committee members. Part of this initiative is to educate owners and committee members of their roles, the running of your schemes and the rules and regulations updates and changes.

Also, at times when you may need a little extra support, we have a dedicated STM Customer Relations Department ready to offer additional assistance. Property management can be complex, but if issues do arise STM takes responsibility for our actions and aim to resolve issues first time, every time.
